Dr. Allyson Roberts holds a PhD in Music Education from the American Conservatory of Music, attended Boston University and holds National Certification in Teaching Music (piano) from NAfME. Growing up in Oceanside, Long Island NY, she went to Northeastern Christian Junior College where she was part of "Sonrise" for 2 years. She received her Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from West Chester University. It was in between tours with "Sonrise" that she met her amazing husband of 28 years, settled in King of Prussia and raised 2 beautiful children who are still in college. She has worked for the PA Leadership Charter School's Center for Performing & Fine Arts since 2005, where she is currently Dean of Students, Chair of the Music Department and teacher of AP Music Theory as well as Piano studies. She has 2 of the laziest cats in the world and a sweet bunny, who ultimately rules the house.

Sarah Vanderslice has over twenty years experience in customer service and office administration.  She grew up as a member of UMBC and jumped at the opportunity to use her skills at her home church when the position became available.  Sarah is also a member of the Connections Committee and helps create Children's Video Lessons for kids to watch on Sunday mornings while Sunday School is shut down for Covid-19.  When not at UMBC, Sarah is hard at work taking care of her husband, two children, and two cats.

Starting in May 2019, the Rev. Samuel L. Geiger became the Pastor of Upper Merion Baptist Church. Sam and his wife Sue live in the Pottstown area and have three grown children. He has served in prior ministry leadership roles at Chapel Road Baptist in Coatesville, PA and the Pughtown Baptist Church in Spring City, PA.  Pastor Sam has a Masters in Ministry Degree in Pastoral Studies from Lancaster Bible College and was ordained by ABCOPAD. Sam served our country in the Navy and is active in the ministry of the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA). He is a member of the Advisory Board of Pottstown Works, a non-profit initiative addressing the employment preparation, placement and counseling for the unemployed/underemployed on government assistance.
